Life Manners Mall
A former BNZ Bank site on a prominent corner in a Manners Street, Wellington was to become a new home for a relocating Life Pharmacy.
383m2 in size, there were no straight walls and the tenancy was split over two levels with a separate storage and staff room, not to mention several columns. What started as a difficult space has been transformed into a spacious and inviting retail environment.
The shopfront is vast with bold yellow signage across verandas and windows have a series of black tiled walls featuring LCD screens, back lit graphics and signage.
Upon entry you are greeting by luxury fragrance and cosmetic brands to the lower levels, with a central ceilings feature and pendant lights.
A wall opening and staircase was created to lead customers to the upper level for prescriptions, medicines and natural health with careful layout planning to positon the dispensary and maximise retail merchandising.
By day and night the shopfront signage and lighting features attract attention of passers-by. Awkward spaces have disappeared and a beautiful pharmacy has been left behind to the delight of both our client and customers alike.
